Tracie Has Improved Knee Pain After Only Two Days

    1. Marty – There are a variety of safe, natural and effective ways to lower whole body inflammation. Things like fish oil, curcumin, turmeric, ginger, boswellia, and proper vitamins and minerals are great at lowering inflammation. The medical foods we used in this case and the supplements we used in this case would also work very well for lowering whole body inflammation. We have many patients with elevated hsCRP (a marker of inflammation) that we retest after our protocols and see them improve to normal. There is a LOT you can do to manage inflammation.
