In this post I will share with you a popular smoothie recipe that not only tastes great but also helps to heal your digestive tract as well. If you have acid reflux then you know the discomfort associated with the inflammation and irritation. This smoothie is packed with gut-healing nutrients that are aimed at not only reducing the symptoms of acid reflux, but also healing the irritation.

So what all do you need? Listed below are all the components of this great acid-reflux combating smoothie!
- 1 scoop Ultra InflamX Plus 360
- 1 scoop Perfect Protein
- 2 teaspoons Glutamine
- 1/2 – 1 cup organic almond milk
- 1/2 cup pure filtered water
- Agave nectar to taste
- 1 scoop Dynamic Greens Strawberry-Kiwi (Gluten Free)
- 2-3 cups frozen mixed fruit / berries
