Donna came in for care that lead us to tailoring a Wellness Week program for her. She was happy with the results, but as you can see from the video below there was improvement in an arm pain problem that she had been having for years!
What is interesting to note here is that your body is designed to heal. When you remove the obstacles and make room for health…your body can restore health! I didn’t even know that she was having these many years of arm pain, but what a great side effect of the Wellness Week. In a current medical model where drug side effects cause more problems, isn’t it great to know that you can do things that are safe, natural and effective with positive side effects?
